Rates

Our rates are clear and transparent. In addition to legal assistance based on our fixed hourly rates, it is possible to agree on a fixed price, so that you will immediately know what to expect.

If you qualify for legal aid, a request for legal aid will be filed for you with the Legal Aid Council [Raad voor Rechtsbijstand]. In that case, the State of the Netherlands will pay part of the costs of legal assistance. The conditions can be found here
